Can you provide an estimated delivery date?


Yes. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Are there faster delivery options available?

At this moment, we offer standard delivery only. Express options may be added in the future when available through our logistics partners.

Will I receive a tracking number or link?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?

We ship worldwide. However, delivery to some remote or restricted regions may be limited. If shipping is unavailable, this will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, India Post, etc.?

Orders are shipped via reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, local postal services, or equivalent last-mile partners, depending on your destination.

What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders?

EU orders: approx. 5–10 business days

International orders: approx. 10–15 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or peak seasons.

Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?

Items are shipped in secure, neutral packaging to ensure safe delivery. Gift wrapping and branded packaging are currently not available.

Are there multiple options for speed and cost?

Currently, we offer one standard shipping option to keep costs transparent and affordable for our customers.

What items are eligible for return?

You may return items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as intimate or custom products) may be non-returnable.

How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?

In line with EU consumer law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Is an exchange option available for size, color, or different product?

Yes. Exchanges are possible depending on availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
